Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from The Netherlands.

Q: All your products are legal, right?
A: All our products are legal in The Netherlands. Whether they’re legal in your country or if you have the necessary permits to receive our research products is impossible for us to check. Allucin.com believes customers bare full legal responsibility for what they order.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Your order will generally be shipped within 2 business days of us receiving payment.


Q: It is wednesday 16:59h, if I order now, will my research materials arrive before saturday evening?
A: No. This is bad planning. Calculate AT LEAST a week for delivery. Even if by some miracle your previous order arrived in only 3 days, it might easily take 9 days the next time without anything being wrong. This is the result of Post.nl (Dutch national mail service) working together with different international, national or commercial parties like La Poste, Colis Prive, Deutsche Post, DHL or DPD. We have zero control over your package once it has entered the Post.nl system.


Q: I ordered at 09:27 A.M., it is now almost noon and my order status hasn’t changed to “shipped” yet. Should I contact customer support immediately to complain?
A: No. THE MOMENT ORDER STATUS IS CHANGED TO “SHIPPED” HAS ZERO INFLUENCE ON THE ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE!


Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes we do.

Q: Which countries do you ship too?
A: We ship to EU, with the exception of the United Kingdom.

Q: What packaging do you use?
A: We use plain, discreet packaging, with no reference to research chemicals or Allucin.com

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: BTC & Litecoin, Bank transfer, credit card for VIP customers.
Do not hesitate to contact us about our payment method.

Q: Where do I find the blockchain address to send my payment to?
A: Each order is generating a unique crypto address at checkout.

Q: What if my order does not arrive?
A: Your order might be reshipped subject to the terms and conditions on our 'Shipping' page.


Q: Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?
A: If you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam box.


Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: If you selected track and trace shipping you will receive the tracking number the same night or the following morning after we brought your package to the mail. THE MOMENT YOU RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMMER HAS ZERO INFLUENCE ON THE ACTUAL DELIVERY DATE! 


Q: How do I track my order?
A: You can track your package at internationalparceltracking.com , using the tracking number provided to you via email.


Q: Why doesn't my tracking number work?

A: Tracking numbers usually take 1-2 business days to activate on internationalparceltracking.com after shipment, please be patient. If it still doesn't work after 5 business days then please email us.

Q: Why has my order not been marked as paid?
A: If you haven't received a payment confirmation email within 12 hours of ordering and paying then we have not received your payment. This could be due to paying insufficient transaction fees which means your payment takes longer to confirm. If this happens to you please email us with the transaction ID.


Q: What will my package look like?

A: We use different envelopes, tubes, and mail-slit boxes that differ in size and color.

Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: In general, no. The minimum purchase is listed on the website. All sample requests will be ignored.

Q: Why didn't you respond to my email?
A: If your question is answered in this FAQ and customer support is super busy, there is a chance you won’t get a response.
